Special Features:

• This AxioPlan model is the full size, professional research laboratory model. The other version is the Axioskop which is much smaller and scaled down in features.
• This has the 100W Mercury for the fluorescent light. Some of the cheaper models only have 50W which is not as bright. This also has variable intensity with the AttoArc light controller.

Trinocular Head:

• Trinocular viewing head.
• Pair of Pl 10x/25 high eyepoint eyepieces. Zeiss Part 444034. With a wide 25mm field of view. Most are only 18mm, or 22mm, sometimes 23mm.
• Includes photography port on top of head.

Objectives:

• A-Plan 2.5x/0.06, Infinity/-.
• A-Plan 5x/0.12, Infinity/-.
• Achroplan 10x/0.25, Infinity/-.
• Achroplan 20x/0.45, Infinity/0.17.
• Achroplan 40x/0.65, Infinity/0.17.

Condenser:

• Substage Turret Condenser. Zeiss part 445366 with flip out (swing top) part 445325.
• Numerical aperature 0.9.
• Includes iris diaphragm in condenser.
• Phase and brightfield settings: Ph1, Ph2, Ph3, H, and empty.

General Specifications:

• 5 or 6-Place? (need to verify this) Nosepiece.
• DIC slots on nosepiece. Does not include any DIC sliders or prisms. Those can be added.

Made in West Germany.

• Right hand mechanical stage.

Illumination:

• HBO 100W AttoArc with Pendent controller. Able to vary the intensity of the Mercury lamp using the controller.
• HBO 100W/2 Lamp Housing with Mercury bulb.
• The AttoArc power supply is only 110V. It has no switch to go to 220V.
• The microscope frame probably does have a volt switch but will need to verify that. The frame controls the halogen light. There is an internal power supply.
• 12V100W Halogen Illuminator for transmitted light. This is the bottom light source.
• The frame has several filters built-in, along the transmitted light path.

Fluorescence Filters:

• 3Fl Fluorescence filter slider tray. Zeiss Part 446421.
• Fits three dichroic filter sets. The filters are not included in this ad.
• Normal filters to use are DAPI, FITC, TRITC, but we can supply whatever you need.
• We can fit either used or new filters.
• We can supply brand new Chroma filters, hard coated, new sputtered technology, and lifetime guaranteed. Price is $450/set.
• Used filters, giving decent imaging, are $150 per set.

Phase Contrast:

• Slider for viewing the back aperature of the phase ring. Used to center the phase rings. Zeiss part 453670.
• The objectives are not phase contrast. If you need phase, then let us know and we’ll customize the unit.

Camera – Photography:

• Trinocular photography port.
• The photos show the unit with a Zeiss AxioCam HRc mounted. However, this camera is not included. Also, the c-mount adapter to mount the camera is not included. This is shown only to demonstrate that the top trinocular port exists and is able to be used for photography.

General Notes:

• XY mechanical stage. Right hand configuration. With XY slide movement.
• Made in West Germany.
• UL listed.
• Shutter slider on back. Use to block Mercury light source when not in use.
• Microscope is in good condition. We guarantee all functions work fine.
• Includes power cord (not shown).
